The American Bar Association has been clear that boilerplate technology language is insufficient when AI tools are used in client matters. Specific disclosure — what tools, what data, what protections — supports informed client consent and helps demonstrate competence under Model Rule 1.1, confidentiality under Rule 1.6, and supervision of vendors under Rule 5.3.

The Firm's automation infrastructure is hosted on private servers controlled by the Firm. We do not use free or consumer-grade AI tools (such as the public versions of ChatGPT, Claude.ai, or Gemini) with any information related to your matter.
You may withdraw your consent to the use of AI tools in your matter at any time by giving the Firm written notice. Doing so may affect the Firm's fees or the timing of your matter; we will discuss any such impact with you before proceeding.
